Bruce Scoggins, the President and founder, is a U.S. Air Force veteran with over 25 years of technical communication and engineering experience in the fields of technical writing/editing, IT, telecommunications, quality control, customer support, hardware and software installation and test, and military avionics systems integration and test.

For the past 12 years, Bruce honed his skills as a Principal Technical Communicator developing, editing and delivering end user documentation and corporate processes for computer software/hardware companies. Bruce was awarded the Engineering Excellence award from a leading software company for his contributions to its corporate quality initiatives.
